Flow

Effect: The spectator sees takes a bottle of water and is asked to pour a little bit out, then she is asked to pour the bottle over her hand . When the magician tells her to move away her hand, the water doesn't spill out. The magician then takes a toothpick and pushes it up the water bottle and it goes to the top. On the count of three, the water spills out.
Demo: Flow
Explanation: You need to buy those little gooey balloons that you blow up with a little straw type thing. You can find these at basically any dollar store. Next, you need to blow some of it at the mouth piece of the water bottle. Then you add a tiny bit of water on top of the film in the water bottle. Then you follow the performance. To do the toothpick part, you need to lick the toothpick and push it up. It is basically self working.
